INSURANCES

It is standard in all companies when arranging a Congress or Event to contract insurances so that the liability insurance for the assistants is covered, as well as a possible cancellation of the event.

A. CONGRESSES' GUARANTEES:
The Congress' insurance prevents the organizer from running unnecessary risks derived from any incident that might cancel the Congress and therefore prevents too from the economic lost.

1. CANCELLATION EXPENSES OF THE CONGRESS:
When produced by the insured and invoiced by the suppliers and due to a cause which is specified in the contract, the refund of the expenses caused due to the cancellation of the Congress is guarantied up to 150.000 Euros.

2. EXPENSES FOR CHANGING THE VENUE:
The insurer will be in charge of the extraordinary expenses caused by a sudden change of the venue, up to a maximum amount equivalent to 10% of the amount insured for the Congress cancellation expenses.

3. EXPENSES FOR CHANGING THE DATES:
The insurer will pay for the expenses originated because of the change in the dates of the Congress up to a maximum amount equivalent to 10% of the amount insured for cancellation expenses.

4. EXPENSES FOR REDUCTION IN THE LENGTH OF THE CONGRESS:
The insurer will pay for the expenses originated because of the reduction in the length of the Congress, up to a maximum amount of 10% the insured capital for cancellation expenses.

B. DELEGATE'S INSURANCE:

Private insurance for the delegates. People attending the Congress are insured from the moment they leave their houses until they are back again, including their stay in the Congress.
